I felt like having a really indulgent dessert for my last night at home. Because my sister is quite the baker, we always seem to have exact ingredients on hand for all kinds of treats. So I decided to make Molten Lava Cake!
This recipe is from The Gourmet Cookbook (we got our mom the book for Christmas), page 700-something.
Got the chocolate loaded up in the double boiler (along with a little bit o' butta!) This particular recipe called for bittersweet chocolate.
